We only give refunds or credit for another Awanay rug if the product is faulty or damaged upon delivery.
Since our rugs are handmade from start to finish it’s important to know that there might be differences from one rug to another or from the final rug to the original sample. This enhances the uniqueness of each rug. We do not give refunds if the texture or the colors are slightly different. These differences are inherent to the type of products we make. Regarding the size, please allow a 3% tolerance in the measurement.

Estas diferencias son inherentes al tipo de textiles que hacemos. En cuanto al tamaño, por favor considerar una tolerancia del 4% en la medida.
